Russia to set zero duty on grain imports until July 1, 2013
The duration of the zero duty on grain imports was offered by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia to be set until July 1, 2013. This was announced by Nikolai Fedorov, Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, on February 20.
