Oliver Clech, general manager for Lallemand Animal Nutrition, commented that the company has tenaciously adopted and implemented safety and quality management systems at various facilities across North America, Europe and Africa to reassure existing and potential customers of its commitment in providing high quality and hygiene standards.
Lallemand's other FAMI-QS accredited sites include the bacterial production facilities at Saint-Simon (France) and the yeast production plants at Vienna (Austria) and Grenaa (Denmark). All these sites have also received quality certifications for ISO 9001:2000, AIB, AFIA SFSF, AFSSAPS Pharma, NHPD, HC, IFS and HACCP.

** Regulation (EC) No 183/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council of Jan 12, 2005, laying down requirements for feed hygiene.
