Anpario plc has announced the appointment of Richard Chong as its new regional commercial director for the Asia Pacific Region (excluding China).

Chong will be joining the company on March 16 and based in the company's Kuala Lumpur office in Malaysia. All three trading divisions of Anpario - Meriden, Kiotechagil and Optivite - still have strong partnerships and relationships across the Asia Pacific region.

Chong will lead the current Asian Pacific sales team to nurture these relationships.

Chong has significant sales, technical and commercial experience having previously worked for Alltech, Gold Coin and more recently Anitox, where he was commercial director for Asia. 

He possesses a successful track record in developing geographic markets as well as growing the sales of new products.
