Russia's ban on United States, EU poultry may benefit Thai chicken export (week ended Aug 22, 2014)
Thailand exports about 8,000 tonnes of fresh and cooked chicken to Russia a year. Thai exporters expect this figures to shoot up beginning this year as Moscow scrambles to find other chicken sources to replace those from the US and the EU.
