China Methionine Weekly: Market strengthens further; prices doubled in two months (week ended Sep 23, 2014)
Price quotes of imported dl-methionine rose sharply to the range of RMB70-72/kg, higher about 20%. Liquid methionine* quotes in the general market surged to RMB52/kg. Price quotes for locally produced methionine were at RMB31.50/kg.
