AB Vista hosts Feed Intelligence Academy technical event in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, US

AB Vista brought together customers from across the United States and Canada in October for a three-day technical programme in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the US, showcasing new research, strengthening academic collaboration, and unveiling practical tools to advance poultry and swine nutrition.

The company's inaugural Feed Intelligence Academy in the region was held at the Beach House Fort Lauderdale Resort. It brought together AB Vista technical specialists and guest speakers from distinguished universities, including Kansas State University, the University of Missouri, the University of Georgia, Laval University, and UC Davis.

The programme offered dedicated poultry and swine sessions focused on key issues shaping modern nutrition strategies. Highlights included enzyme application strategies, fibre utilisation, mineral nutrition, and soybean meal variation, alongside in vitro modelling for next generation research and innovative feed evaluation tools.

Practical discussions also explored poultry bone development and new approaches to supporting piglets under challenge – combing scientific depth with real-world application.
