Ukraine's poultry number decreases in November

In November, poultry population in Ukraine contracted 3.6% or 7.623 million heads from the previous month to 201.3 million heads.

Poultry population in private farms decreased 8.5% or 9.086 million heads, while specialised farms registered an increase of 1.5% or 1.463 million heads.

In comparison with the year-ago period, poultry population rose 6.5% or 12.345 million heads. In specialised farms, poultry population rose 11.7% or 10.3 million heads, while in private farms the population rose 2% or 2.011 million heads.

In October, the poultry population fell by 3% or 6.47 million heads.
