Mowi ASA to divest 50% stake in DESS Aquaculture Shipping

Mowi has announced an agreement to divest its 50% stake in DESS Aquaculture Shipping to an entity controlled by Antin Infrastructure Partners.

Mowi has invested €60 million (US$73.1 million) in DESS Aquaculture Shipping to date, and its share of proceeds is €115 million (US$140 million).

Mowi will recognise a gain of approximately €55 million (US$67 million) in financial EBIT in its profit and loss upon closing.
