Dairy product fundamentals are mixed
Batavia, NY - Beginning in the whey market, we continue to hear supportive elements. Dry whey exports were active this week as CME prices retreated modestly from the nearly two-year high set a week ago Thu. Additionally, contact reports prices of high-protein products have shot higher. WPC-80 prices were up $0.40/lb in the last month, driven by robust exports.
