FrieslandCampina Vietnam recognised twice at Women's Empowerment Principles awards

FrieslandCampina Vietnam announced this month that it has received two prestigious awards at the UN Women 2020 Asia-Pacific Women's Empowerment Principles (WEP) awards in the categories for Gender-Inclusive Workplace and Gender-Responsive Marketplace.

During its 25-year journey in Vietnam, FrieslandCampina has supported personal development of women as a key factor in building a strong business.

The principles of gender equality are shown in all activities of the company's talent development and empowerment strategy, according to FrieslandCampina.

Over the years, FrieslandCampina Vietnam has built various training courses focusing on leadership and management skills, winning culture and lifestyle choices that inspire female employees to further develop at work while taking care of their health and well-being.

The WEP Awards are supported by WeEmpowerAsia, a UN women programme funded by and in partnership with the European Union.

The aim of the programme is to enhance gender-inclusive business cultures and create more inclusive and equitable economies in the Asia-Pacific region.
