Ukraine's grain exports have reached 13.36 million tonnes as of December 18, according to acting agrarian policy and food minister, Mykola Prysiazhniuk.
According to the official, this export result has been achieved for the current marketing year (July of 2012 - June 2013). As of now, 5.7 million tonnes of wheat were exported (including 4.85 million tonnes of milling wheat), as well as 5.66 million tonnes of corn and 1.82 million tonnes of barley.
In addition, the portside grain elevators have 1.07 million tonnes of grains, including 119 thousand tonnes of wheat.
The official noted that the oilseeds, grains and sunflower oil are the main part of Ukraine's agricultural export.
