Vamshee Reddy, owner of Reddy Chicken Shop, attributed the increases to heightened demand, especially fueled by the surge in weddings across the city.
Reddy also noted that the conclusion of the Karthika Masam, a Hindu lunar month marked by religious observances, has played a role in the upward trajectory of chicken prices.
