China-based Sino Agro Food, Inc., an integrated, diversified agriculture technology and organic food company has formed a wholly owned subsidiary Sino Agro Food Sweden Aktiebolag.

Sino Agro Food Sweden Aktiebolag (SIAFS) was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office ("Bolagsverket") on December 16, 2013.

SIAFS activities will include investor relations representation, to provide services in agriculture and aquaculture, marketing, sales and trading of agriculture and aquaculture products, facilitate capital raisings and thereby related business.

Parent company, Sino Agro Food, Inc. is focused on developing, producing and distributing agricultural products in China. Current lines of business include the manufacture and distribution of beef and lamb products, fish products, bioorganic fertiliser, stock feed and cash crops.

The company's Swedish board member, Nils-Erik Sandberg, commented, "With the formation of this new subsidiary in Sweden, the Company furthers its international footprint, opening the door to new business relationships and financial opportunities."

The board of directors will announce a comprehensive dividend policy properly aligned with the Company's cash flow expectations and cash balances on or before February 20, 2014.
