Methionine prices consolidates lower in China despite stable demand
Prices of methionine stayed unchanged during the week ending December 18.
As supplies of imported methionine tightened, several distributors were tempted to lift prices. However, with the availability of local products abundant, methionine prices remained flat during the week in review.
Price quotes of imported dl-methionine were stable in the range of RMB22.50-23/kg.
