USMEF promotes US beef in Japan


The US Meat Export Federation has decided to further enhance its "We Care" campaign to encourage the Japanese to enjoy US beef.


The advertisements are being carried in trains apart from the print media.


The ads reaffirmed the US commitment to provide safe, top quality beef to Japanese consumers, pointed out Greg Hanes, USMEF Japan director.


The ads have been funded by the USDA and celebrate the ''tender care of everyone's thoughts as they gather around the table. That, above all else, is what American Beef is all about," the ads state.
