Arm & Hammer™ welcomes new global director of marketing communications and digital strategy

Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production has welcomed Marlena Hidlay to its #ScienceHearted team.
Hidlay will serve as the global director of marketing communications and digital strategy for the specialty product division of Arm & Hammer's parent company Church & Dwight.
Hidlay brings more than 15 years of business-to-business marketing experience and has an extensive background in strategic marketing, business development and communications. She came to Church & Dwight from Balchem where she led the global business strategy and promotion of key minerals and nutrients brands.
Hidlay also spent more than 12 years at DSM Nutritional Products and held prior sales and marketing roles focused on consumer activation programmes at major entertainment companies Live Nation and The Walt Disney Company.
Marlena received her Bachelor of Arts degree in corporate communications and a Master of Science degree in Higher Education, both from Drexel University.
She is an active member of the American Marketing Association and Women in Nutraceuticals.
