Bulgaria taken from list of restricted zones in relation to classical swine fever
Bulgaria has been removed from a list of restricted zones in Annex 1 to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/934 of June 9, 2021, which lays down special control measures for classical swine fever.
The removal was attributed to the effectiveness of the country's CSF surveillance and control measures undertaken and in view of the favorable epidemiological situation there.
Romania remains the only area listed in the current Annex 1 of restricted zones for CSF.
