CP Foods ranked top employer in Thailand

Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL (CP Foods) was ranked Thailand's best employer in Forbes' World's Best Employer 2020 list.

In collaboration with Statista, a leading market research firm, Forbes surveyed 160,000 full-time and part-time workers across 58 countries in an effort to rank the world's best corporations.

This year, four Thai companies were listed, including CP Foods which was ranked number 248 worldwide and number one in Thailand

The criteria to enter the list include public image, economic footprint, talent development, gender equality and response to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

In the area of innovation, CP Foods said it has developed employees to be innovators according to its TRIZ approach. Currently, the company has trained around 1,020 innovators in the organisation.

Additionally, CP Foods was involved in multiple COVID-19 relief efforts.
