Hypor appoints managing director of business swine unit
 

Hypor has appointed Luis Prieto Garcia as managing director of the company's business unit for swine.

Garcia will report to Hendrix Genetics' CEO Antoon van den Berg, effective January 1, 2018.

With close to two decades of working in various capacities for Hypor in Spain, Mexico and Canada, Garcia brings a wealth of experience in business and management to his new position.

In 2012, he was appointed as Hendrix Genetics' general manager (Americas) and was a member of its management team for the business swine unit.

He has a keen understanding of Hypor's business model and shares our commitment to total system profitability for all customers," Antoon van den Berg, CEO of Hendrix Genetics, said.
