China Lysine: Prices stay firm, buyers limit purchases (week ended Dec 7, 2020)

Export prices of 70-percent lysine increased to US$0.67/kg.
Lysine prices are likely to increase further as low corn availability limits production. Additionally, expanding hog feed consumption will boost the usages of lysine, hence lending support to the market.
