The joint VICTAM, FIAAP and GRAPAS event will be held at the Koelnmesse exhibition halls in Cologne, Germany from 9 to 11 June 2015.
FIAAP will showcase the latest developments in specialist ingredients and additives that are used in the processing of feeds, while visitors to VICTAM will be able find a wide range of the latest available specialist technologies, such as pellet mills, extruders or silo trucks, that are used within an animal feed processing plant or mill.
The 6th annual Feed Ingredient and Additive (FIAAP) Conference will take place on June 9th. The conference will showcase the latest leading technologies related to the ingredients and additives used for feed formulation, presented by researchers and thought leaders from around the world.
The educational and networking conference will feature a mix of presentations on alternative ingredient utilisation and efficacy, the impact of additives on animal health and welfare, and broader issues critical to animal feed formulators.
The conference will be attended by nutritionists, veterinarians, feed formulators, integrators, co-operatives, large farms, and management from feed mills.
Additionally, the 8th Aquafeed Horizons Conference will take place on June 9th and will focus on feed processing and technology. The conference will bring together an international line up of experts from industry and applied research institutions, to discuss new aquafeed processing technology, extrusion, and processing, when using novel ingredients for aquafeeds.
On June 11th, IFF (Research Institute of the International Research Association of Feed Technology (IFF at Braunschweig-Thune) will hold their Feed Processing Conference.
This year's theme will be "Energy Management and Sustainability in Feed Production," and will cover the topics: Hygiene policy and HACCP in feed production; Sustainability in feed production; Hygienic feed production versus capacity; and reducing specific energy demands in the pelleting of feed.
