Jorenku demonstrates high efficacy against ASF in Chinese university study

Danish hygiene product manufacturer, Jorenku A/S, has announced that its product, Staldren, showed high efficacy against the African swine fever (ASF) virus and Porcine Epidemic Diarrhoea Virus (PEDV) in a Chinese university study, Jorenku reported.

In the study, Staldren, a dry disinfecting powder, degraded the ASF virus after one hour of interaction. The company said this finding highlights Staldren as a potential new method for combating ASF.

The study also found that 1g of Staldren achieved complete degradation of PEDV within one hour.

In the upcoming months, Jorenku A/S plans to share the study results at the Danish tradefair NutriFair, at international trade fairs, and with distributors worldwide.
