Batavia, NY - For the first time in four weeks, cheese prices didn't decline. Barrel cheese ended the holiday-shortened trading week unchanged while blocks finished up 3.50 cents. A number of people reached out to us this week asking the same question: "Is the bottom of the cheese market behind us?"
