US exporters sell 120,000 tonnes of corn to South Korea
US private companies sold a total of 120,000 tonnes of corn to South Korea for delivery during 2007/08, the US Agriculture Department said.
The corn marketing year began September 1.
US exporters are required to report to the USDA sales of 100,000 tonnes or more of corn made in one day to a single destination.
Sales of smaller quantities are reported weekly to USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service.
