South Korea's MFG Bought 50,000 MT Chinese Corn

Members of South Korea's Major Feedmills Group bought 50,000 metric tons of Chinese corn from trading houses Noble and Toepfer in private negotiations that were concluded Thursday, according to a Seoul-based trader on Monday.

MFG bought two 25,000-tons cargoes at $144.98/ton and $145.25/ton, cost and freight to the port of Kunsan March 25 and April 5, the trader said.

Noble sold the first cargo, while Toepfer sold the second, the trader said.
