Cargill showcases full-chain solutions at 8th CIIE in Shanghai, China

The 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE) officially commenced on November 5 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, China.
As an eight-year participant, Cargill once again showcased in the Food and Agricultural Products Exhibition Area under the theme "160 Years of Nourishing the World, Innovating for a Sustainable Future". Within a 300-square-meter art gallery, Cargill comprehensively displayed over 100 innovative achievements in the fields of agricultural supply chain, animal nutrition and health, food and beverage consumption, and beyond. Cargill also announced strategic cooperation agreement with industry partners to jointly advance nutrition, health, and sustainability in China.

In line with the trend of scaling up, intensifying, and smartening China's livestock industry, Cargill showcases over 50 animal nutrition and health solutions, which cover various livestock species, including pigs, ruminants, and aquaculture. By optimising nutrition and empowering technology, Cargill comprehensively improves animal production performance and health levels. This, in turn, helps industry clients enhance farming efficiency, and achieve sustainable farm profits.
Three debut products further demonstrate Cargill's breakthroughs in combining digital intelligence with nutritional innovation, advancing high-quality industry development while safeguarding food safety and consumer wellbeing. These products included:
- Upgrade MaxiNIR real time solution for feed formulation — The world's first real-time feed testing and automated formulation adjustment system made its global debut at CIIE 2025. With online NIR technology analysis and cloud computing, it enables end-to-end intelligent management of feed formulations, effectively addressing issues of fluctuating traditional feed quality and helping feed production enterprises achieve precise feed formulations, improved efficiency, and reduced costs;
- Livelle™ StartRight Full Value Chain solution — In a core concept of "Unlock Genetic Potential and Maximize Full-Production Chain Value", StartRight implements precise nutritional interventions during the sow's gestation and lactation, combined with digital solutions and consulting service, helping swine producers maximise the potential from sow to wean to finish production, and increase the production performance and profitability of swine farm;

During the event, Cargill achieved substantial results, not only launching multiple new products, but also reaching strategic cooperations agreements worth over US$3 billion with industry partners across various industries.
