Vilofoss wins EuroTier award for new vitamin and mineral product
Vilofoss has won gold in the Innovation Award 2019 in the category of feed with their product VILOFOSS® NutriSpar®.
Vilofoss NutriSpar is a new vitamin and mineral mix which offers a feed strategy based on fermented products, enabling the use of nutrient-reduced feed without reducing growth.
NutriSpar does this by increasing the digestibility of feed so that protein content in swine feed can be reduced without affecting performance. It saves feed costs for the farmer and makes feed with lower digestibility more attractive.
Several farm trials have shown NutriSpar's efficiency.
