Feeding Aspergillus awamori reduces skeletal muscle protein breakdown and stimulates growth in broilers
This study was conducted to show that dietary supplementation of a fungus, Aspergillus awamori called Koji in Japan, reduces skeletal muscle protein breakdown and stimulates growth in broiler chickens.
