A Russian delegation will visit China in mid-December to sign a cooperation memorandum between the two countries' veterinary and food quality services, the Russian agriculture ministry announced Monday.
The two countries will ink plans and agreements for China to export meat to Russia and for Russia to export grains to China.
The Russian delegation will be headed by Sergey Dankvert, head of the country's federal veterinary service.
Talks between Russian veterinary officials and China's food quality watchdog first took place in Moscow from Nov16 to 17.
