Batavia, NY - Cheese prices have been in absolute freefall. In the last two weeks, block prices have dropped by a total of 86.5 cents, the largest two-week drop ever record. Barrel prices have decreased by 92 cents, which is comparable to the 99.5 cent drop that occurred between late Jul and mid-Aug, the current record holder.
