The keynote session on Day 1 will delve on the topic "Smallholder Fresh Fish Marketing Enterprise: A Veritable Livelihood Strategy for Economic Empowerment in Sub-Saharan Africa" and will have Ikechi Agbugba, vice president of Agrilink International, South Africa, as the featured speaker.
Dilip Wedaarachchi, the State Minister of Fisheries & Aquatic Resources in Sri Lanka will be the keynote speaker at the opening of the conference.

12th Global Summit on Aquaculture & Fisheries

Asian Aquaculture Conference 2018

Asian Aquaculture Conference 2018, or AsianAqua-2018, is the first major aquaculture conference organised by the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Bangkok dedicated to the sustained progress of aquaculture in the Asian region.
The conference is intended to have a better understanding of the innovative aquaculture systems practiced in Asia, highlight the regional needs and constraints, and imbibe the global progresses achieved in sustainable intensification of the aquaculture production systems.
Venue of the conference is the Robert B. Banks Auditorium of the AIT Conference Centre in Pathumthani, Bangkok.
AsianAqua-2018 will organize a farm tour to allow participants to see the progress Thailand has made in developing the aquaculture sector.

World Brackishwater Aquaculture Conference (BRAQCON 2019)
