2022 Latin American Poultry Summit announces keynote speakers

The Latin American Poultry Summit has announced Hector Motta, founding partner of Grupo Motta, and Osler Desouzart, owner of OD Consulting, as keynote speakers.

Held in conjunction with the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE, January 25-27, 2022) in Atlanta, Georgia, the United States, the Latin American Poultry Summit will address the Latin American socio-political issue and the role the poultry industry plays in improving these conditions in the communities it impacts.

Motta's keynote presentation will focus on the public's impressions of the poultry industry and demonstrate the opportunities the poultry industry offers to address social inequality while supplying nutritional product at an affordable price.

Desouzart will provide recommendations for managing the challenges of market regulations on the poultry industry. There are regulations, despite good intentions, that add restrictions to poultry companies, since they do not conform to the economic and cultural realities of the region. This keynote will discuss what hinders the implementation of these market regulations and offer strategies on how to overcome them.

Sponsored by the International Poultry Expo, a part of IPPE, and the Latin American Poultry Association (ALA), the Latin American Poultry Summit will be held on January 24, 2022.
