Danish Genetics CEO resigns
Lars Dall, the CEO of pig genetics specialist Danish Genetics, would be be resigning from the company after close to two years at the role.
Danish Genetics' search for a new CEO has begun.
"...we are saddened by the news of Lars resigning, but we wish him the best in the future. We thank him for his effort in Danish Genetics. Lars has personally and as a managerially put himself at the forefront of the company and been a part of the construction of Danish Genetics from the beginning which we appreciate," said Mads Kring, chairman of the board of Danish Genetics.
Under Dall's charge, the company has built a strong organisation both genetically, professionally and commercially. This has led to several valuable actions of development and the hiring of multiple strong competencies within the professional area of breeding.
"Lars has been a part of launching several important development initiatives which definitely have contributed to the success Danish Genetics is seeing at the moment. A success that is expressed both through the securing of a continued high breeding progress and actions that has increased the sales of breeding animals," Kring said.
"With that being said, the current development in Danish Genetics will not stagnate. We have a dedicated organisation and strong genetic and commercial partnerships that secures that we will continue the vast development that we are going through in Danish Genetics."
Kring added: "As the resignation is very recent, we have not yet found a new CEO. We are in the process of finding the right person to take over the responsibility and lead Danish Genetics through the further development in both Denmark and on the international stage."
