Vietnam Reaps Good Results in Seafood Production
The fisheries sector in Vietnam has produced more than 1 million tons of seafood, achieving 89.8% of the year's planned production in the first 10 months of the year, according to the Ministry of Fisheries.
Shrimp output particularly attained good results, reaching 200,000 tons which is twice as much as last year. The ministry has asked local departments to boost production even further by applying improved production methods.
