CCPA Group appoints new CEO

The CCPA Group, a French union of cooperatives specialised in animal nutrition, has named François Pellet as group chief executive officer with effect from November 1.
With operational management experience in an international context, Pellet has spent his entire career to date in the field of animal nutrition.
After starting his career in genetics with Hubbard from 1994 to 1998, Pellet joined CCPA as a poultry nutritionist. In 2001, he joined Nutriway (Provimi Group) in Vietnam and was manager of sales, marketing and technical support for two years, before becoming deputy general manager in 2003.
He returned to France in 2005 and was sales and trading manager for Centralys, part of the Provimi Group. Since 2007, he was with the Adisseo Group, first as director of the company's vitamins division, then serving as director for Europe, Africa and the Middle East, director for Asia Pacific.
In his new role, Pellet's immediate priorities include a commitment to work with all teams to turn a new page in the company's history and to finalise the launch of the group's new strategic plan for 2025. A priority area is strengthening cooperation between the group's subsidiaries.
“I've known the CCPA Group for many years, as a former colleague and as a supplier,” Pellet said. “I'm delighted to be invited to lead the group, which has significant expertise and strong values, and look forward to reinforcing it as a top player in the field. My ambition is to accelerate growth by working with the teams to capitalise on the group's capacity for innovation.”
