Australia's OBE seeks to sell organic beef to China

Australia's OBE company is hoping to sell organic beef into China, after already exporting the product worldwide including Japan, Malaysia and Singapore.

China currently has no organic beef, according to ABC Rural.

Dalene Wray from the OBE has been trying to develop the Chinese market, saying there is huge potential in China.

There are many wealth people in China, and many consumers there are concerned about what they are eating, she said.

Wray said that there is already a very big organic pig and poultry production base in China, so it would make sense that there would be people interested in organic beef.
