Moba introduces new high-end single tray loader

Moba has introduced high-end single tray loader SL125, which is available for six-row wide systems with a capacity of up to 125 cases/hour.

According to Moba, not only does the loader gently places a tray onto the infeed with a minimal impact on eggs but it also meets the high hygiene standards.

Additionally, SL125 reduces the impact on eggs due to Moba's common speed loading technique. The loader synchronises its speed with the infeed resulting in a gentle release of eggs onto the rollers. This way of handling the eggs is unique in the egg industry and proves to be the best way to release eggs while loading, Moba said.

SL125 can be foamed and rinsed using low-pressure cleaning systems. It has an open construction design which makes it easier and more effective to clean the loader and reduces cleaning time.

The single tray loader can be positioned in multiple configurations creating the best fit for any packing station. The side configuration involves the loader being positioned on one side of the infeed, or the more traditional 'U-layout', in which the loader is placed perpendicular to the infeed.

Other than the orientation toward the grader, the loader can be configured left- or right-handed, meaning that the direction in which the trays move is reversed. This can be used to further streamline logistic processes in the packing station.
