China detects COVID-19 coronavirus traces on imported Brazilian pork packaging

The Shandong province local government said they have detected COVID-19 coronavirus traces from the packaging of Brazil imported frozen pork, Reuters reported.

According to the local government, all residents of the Wending district, Weihai city who have possibly come into contact with the pork packaging should report to the authorities.

The Brazilian company that exported the frozen pork was not named.
