Ukraine's feed barley export contracts down in October

The export contracts concluded at Ukraine's exchanges for third-grade feed barley in October amounted to 187,400 tonnes, down from a total of 682,770 tonnes in September, the association of Ukraine's agrarian exchanges announced in Kiev Wednesday.

In October, spot export contracts totalled 167,800 tonnes. The average price was UAH592 per ton, CPT, including VAT (US$1=UAH5.05).

Forward contracts totalled 19,600 tonnes at the average price of UAH552 FOB, with the longest delivery date in January 2006.
