Malindo's processed chicken products exported to Singapore following audits at farms and slaughterhouses

PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk has exported a fresh batch of processed chicken products to Singapore, Neraca reported last month.

Through its entity, PT Malindo Food Delight Cikarang, Malindo Feedmill released three containers of 18 tonnes of processed products with a value of US$ 90,000 in Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia.

The director of Malindo Feedmill, Rewin Hanrahan, said that Malindo's success in exporting to Singapore is proof that its products are competitive.

According to Hanrahan, the approval of the exports came after a series of audits by the city-state's Singapore Food Agency (SFA). Audits were carried out starting from broiler farms and poultry slaughterhouses to processing plants.

Malindo targets to export two containers of frozen chicken and two containers of processed products to Singapore by this month.
