Greenfeed Vietnam suffers more than US$800,000 loss in H1 2023

Pork producer Greenfeed Vietnam posted a loss of nearly ₫20 billion (US$813,800) in the first half of 2023 against a ₫169 billion profit in the same period last year.

The company did not state a reason for the loss in its disclosure to the Hanoi Stock Exchange.

It posted a profit of ₫417 billion in 2022 and ₫617 billion in 2021.

The company in 2021 issued ₫1 trillion in bond to the International Finance Corporation (IFC) with a maturity of seven years. It planned to use the funding to expand its production to 750,000 pigs by this year.
