CME cheese prices surge, again.
Philadelphia, PA - Cheddar prices managed to post double-digit gains this week, despite price-negative USDA Milk Production and Cold Storage reports. Barrels ended this week up 25 cents and settled today at the highest price level in five years. The last time barrels were up here was Sep 2014. Blocks finished the week up 15.50 cents. The phone rang. "What is going on?!?"
