South Korea MFG Buys 52,500 MT Corn From Toepfer

South Korea's Major Feedmill Group bought 52,500 metric tons of optional-origin corn from trading house Toepfer in a tender concluded Wednesday, said a trader who received the tender result.

Toepfer sold one cargo at $147.38 a ton for corn from either the US or South America. In case of Chinese corn, MFG agreed to pay $139.38/ton. Both prices are after cost and freight.

The cargo is set to be shipped to the ports of Incheon and Kunsan Jan. 20.
