Chinese lysine producers cut prices amid poor demand
Lysine prices moved lower during the week ending October 23.
As anticipated, feed demand stayed sluggish with animal inventories diminished following September's high pre-festive releases.
Price quotes of 70-percent lysine were around RMB4.90/kg.
Lysine producers will continue to hold prices low to stimulate sales.
