Marine Harvest holds majority shares in Morpol
After purchasing 7,734,185 shares in Morpol ASA from Skagen Vekst at a price of NOK11.85/share (US$2), Marine Harvest now holds 154,060,010 shares in Morpol, representing 91.7% of all of Morpol's issued shares.
Marine Harvest will purchase any further shares in Morpol offered to it during the period from today until 16.30 CET on Wednesday November 6 at the same price.
Following the expiry of the above referred period, Marine Harvest intends to compulsory acquire the remaining shares in Morpol. The price offered in the compulsory acquisition will be the same as in the above referred offer, NOK11.85 (US$2).
