China methionine prices soar on limited availability
Prices of methionine rose significantly during the week ending October 22.
With demand stable and supply tight, a producer lifted price quotes prominently, prompting others to follow suit.
Price quotes of imported dl-methionine surged to the range of RMB20.80-21.50/kg, jumping RMB2.30-3/kg.
