Tyson recalls product labelled Tyson Any'tisers Honey BBQ Boneless Chicken WYNGZ
 

 

About 67,269 pounds of packages labelled Tyson® Any'tizers® Honey BBQ Boneless Chicken WYNGZ have been voluntarily recalled by Tyson Fodds, Inc.

 

Company officials said on Wednesday (Oct.10) that the product is packed in 25.5-ounces bags. The affected product was sold to retail stores nationwide under the Tyson Brand name.

 

Approximately 42,200 bags produced on August 8, 2012 were mislabelled and actually contained Tyson® Any'tizers® Buffalo Style Boneless Chicken WYNGZ. The Buffalo flavoured product contains potential allergens egg, milk and soy.

 

There have been no illnesses associated with this mislabelling and no reports of allergic reactions associated with the consumption of this product. Consumers who may be concerned about an allergic reaction should contact a physician.

          

The mislabelled product can be identified by a date code of "2202PBF0208" through "2202PBF0223" with a "best by" date of August 7, 2013, and "2212PBF0200" through "2212PBF0223" with a "best by" date of August 8, 2013 printed on the back panel of the package. The establishment number "P13456" will also be printed on the back panel.
