Weak poultry market exerts pressure on China methionine prices
Prices of methionine were mostly lower during the week ending October 16.
Demand for methionine was slack as tumbling poultry products prices before the October long holidays dampened the confidence of feed millers.
For liquid methionine, price quotes remained unchanged at RMB18-18.50/kg.
Methionine prices are poised to stay weak.
