The updated forecast of Ukraine's Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food showed that the country's potential wheat export in the current season was increased from four million tonnes to five million tonnes.
This was declared by Nikolai Prysyazhnyuk, Minister of Agrarian Policy, on October 11.
He added that in early November, when Ukraine will already complete planting winter wheat, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy is to hold a regular meeting on the grain exports, the results of which will become the strategy for further actions in the reporting direction.
N.Prysyazhnyuk said that Ukraine may impose limitations on the exports of wheat only in the case, when its stocks to drop to the level of provision of the food security of the country.
