China Lysine Weekly: Tepid demand softens prices (week ended Oct 10, 2016)
Lysine prices tumbled after the week-long holidays, as buying interest was slack with corn prices significantly lower amid imminent supply rise. Moreover, with hog prices plummeting to yearly low levels and the quantity of animals limited, feed millers were not keen to stockpile lysine inventories.
